Payment and Security 

-      Payment Methods

The Glove Company accepts Visa or MasterCard. If you have a trade account with us, you also have the option of putting your order on your trade account.

On The Glove Company Portal, every purchase is secure and safe thanks to up-to-date encryption services and our certified secure servers.


Shipping Information 

-      Your Delivery Options

Standard shipping – delivery in 2-8 working days. 

If you would like your order left at the address, please write in the Notes, Authority to Leave. 


-      Taxes and Duties

The Glove Company Online Portal, currently only ships within Australia. Therefore there are no duties.  Goods and Services tax (GST) is applied at the checkout. 


-      Delivery Processing Time

The Glove Company Delivery Processing time starts the second an order is placed. Within 48 hours your order will be despatched with Toll, Startrack or Fastways, however most of our orders are despatched within 24 hours. If you order before 2pm, we will aim to get your order out the same day.  While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe. 


-      Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way to you, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. The email will detail what shipping method we used, and provide a tracking number so you can follow your order delivery route.  


-      PO Boxes

The Glove Company is currently unable to ship to PO boxes. Please make sure that you select a business or residential address for delivery. 


Returns Policy 

-      What do we accept returns for

The Glove Company is a B2B business. We do not accept Returns for Change of Mind.  However if you accidently order the wrong size, or make a mistake on your order then we are more than happy to issue an exchange, store credit or refund. 


-      How to Return

To return an item simply contact The Glove Company and our helpful customer service team will be able to generate a return reference number for you. 

When returning stock, you must return the whole quantity that you ordered of that product. You simply cannot order 10 boxes and decide to return 8 of the 10.  They must in the exact condition in which you received the boxes they cannot be opened or used. 


All returns and exchanges shipped back to us are at the buyers expense. The Glove Company will only cover return shipping on the rare occasion that the products are damaged. 


To initiate an exchange simply contact The Glove Company and we will provide you with an exchange reference number. 


To initiate a refund simply contact The Glove Company and we will provide you with a refund reference number.
